Promotion Details: Order 4 or more electronically height adjustable desks as described below between 1st February 2017 and 28th February 2017 inclusive and receive free-of-charge office hours delivery and installation, Monday to Friday, to your commercial premises anywhere within the UK M25 area, subject to terms, conditions and criteria shown below.

Product Details: 1600mm wide x 800mm deep x 680mm to 1100mm high (adjustable) free-standing rectangular desk with metal leg frame in silver or white colour finish and mfc desktop in white, beech, birch or white oak colour finish, complete with integrated heavy duty motor for electronic height adjustment. Finish samples are available upon request.

Cost: £645.60 GBP nett plus VAT per desk.

Optional Upgrades: When ordered at the time of ordering the desks: Add a single cable management cut-out, positioned towards the rear of the desktop either on the left or the right, complete with cable management access cover in silver or white colour finish at £30.00 GBP nett plus VAT per desk; and/or, add a cable management dump tray to be fitted to the underside of the desktop in silver or white colour finish at £30.00 GBP nett plus VAT per desk; and/or add a 1600mm wide x 36mm deep x 595mm high (of which 500mm appears above desktop level) desktop mounted, fully fabric upholstered screen available in a range of fabric options and supplied with mounting brackets in silver or white colour finish at £147.50 nett plus VAT per desk. Finish samples are available upon request.

A member of our Business Administration Team will then be in touch with you to ensure that you have all of the information that you need and will follow up with a written cost plan by email for the products that you would like to order.

From there, the process is as follows:

Send us your purchase order · We will issue you with an invoice for the goods ordered · Send us your payment · We will arrange to visit site in order to carry out a brief site survey and to check access, lift/staircase · We will discuss any issues arising from our site survey with you at the time, if practicable, and will follow-up in writing, if appropriate · Once any site survey queries have been resolved, your order will be confirmed and added to the production schedule at the factory · From this point, the lead-time will be approximately 4-6 weeks · We will provide you with an approximate, proposed delivery and installation date · As the anticipated delivery and installation date approaches, we will be in touch with you to finalise the delivery and installation arrangements · At the agreed date and time your order will be delivered and installed by qualified installation engineers and all packaging waste will be removed from site · Following delivery and installation we will be back in touch to thank you for your valued business and to check that you have no further queries or questions.
